Welcome to Dope Dispo (“Dope Dispo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dopedispo.com (the “Site”), as well as any related products, services, features, promotions, or content we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all Policy Pages on our site.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

21+ Requirement for Regulated Products

Certain regulated products sold by Dope Dispo—including but not limited to THC gummies, beverages, flower, pre-rolls, or any future regulated consumables—are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old when purchasing regulated products;

  • A recipient 21 years or older will be present to accept delivery of any regulated product;

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract;

  • Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

If you are under 21, you are not permitted to purchase or receive regulated products from Dope Dispo.

By purchasing regulated products from Dope Dispo, Kentucky residents acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the state-specific warnings and requirements listed on our State Guidelines page.

Adult Signature Requirements

Depending on regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction:

  • Some orders may require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery, OR

  • We may verify age by alternative approved methods.

We reserve the right to implement either method as required by law.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access;

  • Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All products and services are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Modification or discontinuation without notice

  • Quantity limitations

  • Order refusal at our discretion

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or error-free content.
We may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.

Regulatory Restrictions

Sales of regulated products are subject to evolving state and federal laws. At any time:

  • We may be legally prohibited from selling or shipping certain products to specific states or regions;

  • Kentucky Residents: By completing a purchase, Kentucky residents confirm they have reviewed the state warnings and rules outlined on our State Guidelines page.

  • We may be required to pause, restrict, or terminate online sales if laws change;

  • We are not liable for changes in legal availability or restrictions.

4. ORDERING, PAYMENT & BILLING

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  • All billing information is accurate and complete;

  • You will pay all charges incurred.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Age verification failure

  • Violations of these Terms

Payments are processed securely by third-party processors. We do not store full payment details.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping, delivery, return, and refund policies are governed by separate agreements available on our Site, including:

  • Shipping Policy

  • Refund & Returns Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

21+ Delivery Acceptance

For regulated products, A recipient 21 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery of regulated products. 
Failure to comply may result in:

  • Returned shipments

  • Additional fees

  • Order cancellation without refund

If a package is returned to us because a 21+ recipient was not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the products once the returned package is received. The refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

6. GIVEAWAYS, STORE CREDIT & PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Dope Dispo may conduct giveaways or promotional events offering store credit (“Credit”) or similar rewards.

By participating, you agree:

  • Credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash;

  • Credit may be used only toward products, not shipping costs;

  • Credit expires 90 days after the date awarded;

  • Credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or gifted;

  • Credit may not be used to purchase age-restricted or regulated products, unless expressly allowed by applicable law;

  • We may modify, suspend, or terminate giveaway programs at any time.

7. LOYALTY & REWARDS PROGRAM (IF OFFERED)

Dope Dispo may, at its discretion, offer a loyalty or rewards program in the future.

If offered:

  • Points will have no cash value;

  • Points will expire 12 months after inactivity or after being issued;

  • Points may be redeemed only for eligible Dope Dispo products;

  • We may modify, restrict, or terminate the program at any time;

  • Points cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged;

  • Points cannot guarantee the availability of any product.

8. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (IF OFFERED)

If Dope Dispo offers subscriptions in the future:

  • Subscription orders will auto-renew until canceled;

  • Payment methods on file will be charged automatically;

  • Discount codes apply to the first subscription order only, unless stated otherwise;

  • You may modify or cancel subscriptions by logging into your account.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to use the Site or Services:

  • For any unlawful purpose;

  • To violate any state or federal regulations relating to THC or hemp products;

  • To infringe upon intellectual property rights;

  • To harass, defame, or threaten others;

  • To submit fraudulent or misleading information;

  • To upload viruses or malicious code;

  • To scrape, spider, or crawl the Site;

  • To interfere with security features of the Site;

  • To bypass age or identity verification processes.

We may take legal action for prohibited uses.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including designs, text, images, logos, trademarks, and software—is the exclusive property of Dope Dispo or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content;

  • Reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Services;

  • Use our branding without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. USER COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, ideas, images, comments, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant Dope Dispo a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, publish, modify, and distribute them.

We are not required to:

  • Maintain submissions in confidence;

  • Compensate you;

  • Respond to submissions.

We may remove unlawful or inappropriate content at our discretion.

12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, the Site may contain errors relating to:

  • Pricing

  • Product descriptions

  • Availability

  • Shipping charges

  • Regulations

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders resulting from such issues.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”;

  • We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied;

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation;

  • Use of the Services is at your sole risk.

14.PARENT & GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY​

  • If you are a parent or guardian, you are solely responsible for:

  • Preventing minors from accessing Dope Dispo products

  • Storing products securely

  • Ensuring minors cannot see, smell, touch, or identify products

  • Understanding that edibles such as gummies and drinks may resemble candy or beverages

  • Never rely on child-resistant packaging alone.
    Always use additional safety measures such as locks, safes, or elevated storage.

15. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  • Customers may not, under any circumstances:

  • Provide products to minors

  • Leave products accessible in common household areas

  • Share products with individuals under 21

  • Misrepresent their age or identity during verification

  • Violations may result in order cancellation, bans from future purchasing, and potential legal consequences.

16. LIABILITY NOTICE

By purchasing, possessing, or using Dope Dispo products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed and agree to all policies and disclosures provided by Dope Dispo, including but not limited to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, 21+ Requirements, Safe Use Guidelines, Disclaimers, and any other documents or notices presented on our website or during checkout.

  • You are solely responsible for the safe acceptance, handling, storage, and use of all products.

  • You assume all risks associated with the acceptance, storage, use, and consumption of Dope Dispo products.

Dope Dispo is not liable for any accidents, injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from, including but not limited to:

  • Improper or unsafe storage

  • Unauthorized access by minors or individuals under 21

  • Failure to comply with state laws or product restrictions

  • Negligent supervision

  • Misuse, overconsumption, or combining products irresponsibly

  • Failure to follow any instructions, warnings, or policies provided by Dope Dispo

Dope Dispo promotes responsible, adult-only use and encourages all customers to follow safe handling practices at all times.

​17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Dope Dispo is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;

  • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue;

  • We are not liable for losses arising from shipping delays, regulatory restrictions, or age-verification failures.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dope Dispo and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

19. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services ceases immediately;

  • We may delete your data or account;

  • Relevant provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

  • Any loyalty points or credit from giveaways will be forfeited.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

21. MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas.

  • No class actions or consolidated claims are permitted;

  • Arbitration shall be private and confidential;

  • The arbitrator may award damages only to the extent permitted by law;

  • Customers waive the right to a trial by jury.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dope Dispo.

24. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.
