REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Dope Dispo. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on dopedispo.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through Dope Dispo are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Disliking the product

  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere

  • Deciding you no longer want or need the item

Please ensure you review all product details carefully before placing your order.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we will review claims for items that arrive damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling.

To be eligible for review, you must:

  1. Contact us at dopedispo@gmail.com

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery according to the tracking information.

Submitting a damage claim does not guarantee replacement or compensation.
All outcomes are determined at our sole discretion.

3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has shipped and tracking shows "Delivered," Dope Dispo is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Deliveries to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly by the customer

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders are processed promptly. We do not guarantee cancellations after an order is submitted.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Dope Dispo is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Reshipping fees for returned packages due to address issues

Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect address entry.
