We strive to ship all orders same or next business day; however, shipping times may vary during high order volume or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging and will appear as coming from C.C.G. A recipient 21 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, verified, and shipped by Dope Dispo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on dopedispo.com, you agree to the terms described below.

1. AGE VERIFICATION – 21+ REQUIRED

21+ Delivery Acceptance

For regulated products, A recipient 21 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery of regulated products. 
Failure to comply may result in:

  • Returned shipments

  • Additional fees

  • Order cancellation without refund

If a package is returned to us because a 21+ recipient was not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the products once the returned package is received. The refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Dope Dispo only sells products to individuals 21 years of age or older.

First Order Age Verification (Mandatory)

Your first order requires a 21+ government-issued ID check.
This verification may occur:

  • During checkout

  • Via email after purchase

  • At delivery, depending on the carrier

You must provide a valid, unexpired government-issued ID showing:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Clear photograph

If We Cannot Verify Your Age

If Dope Dispo is unable to verify your age using the information you provide, we will refund your order in full, including product and shipping costs.

If the Carrier Cannot Verify Age at Delivery

If age verification is required at delivery and:

  • The carrier cannot verify the recipient is 21+, and

  • The order is returned to us

Then we will issue a refund for the product cost only, minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been sent.

Dope Dispo reserves the right to require age verification on future orders as needed.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within:

  • 1 business day

  • shipping times may vary during high order volume or holidays

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after business hours (11am-4pm) begin processing the next business day.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

We ship orders within the United States only.

All available shipping options and carrier rates are displayed at checkout.

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. DISCREET SHIPPING

Your privacy is important to us.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no references to hemp, cannabinoids, or Dope Dispo on the exterior.

5. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dope Dispo does not offer international shipping.
Orders cannot be placed or delivered outside of the United States.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • High-volume periods

No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to shipping delays.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” Dope Dispo is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Delivery errors caused by the customer’s address

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to address issues, we may:

  • Charge additional shipping fees to resend the order, or

  • Decline reshipment

Orders cannot be refunded due to customer address errors.

9. DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Email dopedispo@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Submitting a damage claim does not guarantee replacement or compensation.
Evaluation is at our sole discretion.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled after processing has begun.

Since processing begins within 1 business day, cancellation is not guaranteed under any circumstance.

11. FREE SHIPPING OFFER

When available:

  • Free Shipping applies to Standard Ground Service within the continental U.S.

  • Automatically applied at checkout during active promotions—no code needed.

  • Standard shipping generally delivers in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Carrier delays are outside of Dope Dispo’s control.
