This page outlines our 21+ policy, age verification requirements, and safe storage practices to ensure all products remain out of the hands of children and individuals under the legal age of 21.

1. AGE RESTRICTION — 21+ ONLY

All products sold by Dope Dispo are intended exclusively for adults age 21 and older.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or possessing Dope Dispo products, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old, and

  • You will not share, sell, or distribute any product to anyone under 21.

We do not permit minors to use our Site, purchase products, or handle any Dope Dispo merchandise.

2. AGE VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To comply with federal and state regulations and to promote responsible adult use:

For regulated products, a recipient 21 years of age or older must be present to accept delivery. 

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Returned shipments

  • Additional fees

  • Order cancellation without refund

If a package is returned to us because a 21+ recipient was not available we will issue a refund for the cost of the products once the returned package is received. The refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

3. KEEPING PRODUCTS AWAY FROM CHILDREN

All Dope Dispo customers are responsible for safe storage and handling of products to ensure minors cannot access them.

To prevent accidental ingestion or exposure:

  • Store all products in a locked container or secure location.

  • Keep products out of reach and out of sight of children at all times.

  • Do not leave products on countertops, tables, vehicles, backpacks, or purses.

  • Never store gummies, drinks, or edibles near snacks, candy, or beverages that children might access.

  • Avoid using products around minors to prevent curiosity, confusion, or exposure.

  • Educate all adults in the household about the need to keep THCa and hemp-derived edibles secured.

Improper storage increases the risk of accidental ingestion and can result in serious health consequences for minors.

4. SAFE USE GUIDELINES FOR ADULTS

Dope Dispo products — including THCa flower, Wyld gummies, and Wyld beverages — may produce intoxicating effects.

To use responsibly:

  • Consume only if you are 21+.

  • Start with a low serving size, especially for edibles and drinks.

  • Wait at least 30–120 minutes before consuming more edibles, as effects can be delayed.

  • Do not operate a vehicle or machinery while under the influence.

  • Do not mix with alcohol or medications unless approved by your healthcare provider.

  • Keep all packaging closed and secured immediately after use.

5. IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL INGESTION

If a child or minor consumes any Dope Dispo product:

Immediately:

  1. Contact Poison Control: 1-800-222-1222

  2. Seek emergency medical assistance

  3. Provide packaging or product information to medical personnel

Dope Dispo is not responsible for injuries or outcomes resulting from improper storage or use.

6. PARENT & GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY

If you are a parent or guardian, you are solely responsible for:

  • Preventing minors from accessing Dope Dispo products

  • Storing products securely

  • Ensuring minors cannot see, smell, touch, or identify products

  • Understanding that edibles such as gummies and drinks may resemble candy or beverages

Never rely on child-resistant packaging alone.
Always use additional safety measures such as locks, safes, or elevated storage.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Customers may not, under any circumstances:

  • Provide products to minors

  • Leave products accessible in common household areas

  • Share products with individuals under 21

  • Misrepresent their age or identity during verification

Violations may result in order cancellation, bans from future purchasing, and potential legal consequences.

8. LIABILITY NOTICE

By purchasing or possessing Dope Dispo products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the safe storage and handling of all items.

  • You assume all risks associated with storage, use, and consumption.

  • Dope Dispo is not liable for accidents, injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from:

    • Improper storage

    • Unauthorized access by minors

    • Negligent supervision

    • Misuse or overconsumption
